Summary
Through this article, you can help you solve the problem of sterilization discharge treatment in biosafety laboratories (BSL)
Bio-safety level(BSL), or pathogen/protection level, is a set of bio-containment precautions required to isolate dangerous biological agents in an enclosed laboratory facility. The levels of containment range from the lowest bio-safety level 1 (BSL-1) to the highest at level 4 (BSL-4).
The higher level, the more precautions needed.Bio-safety level 3 is appropriate for work involving microbes which can cause serious and potentially lethal disease via the inhalation route. Therefore, all laboratory waste, including filtered air, water, and trash must also be decontaminated before it can leave the facility.
AIKSMED now develops LABH steam sterilizer machine for laboratory safety requirement. It has built-in steam generator, and for air extract safety, LABH series equips 0.22um filter with SIP function. For condensate discharge, inactivation will be carried out after sterilization. Drainage will be cooled and adjustable when discharged. For door safety, it has interlock function, door can not open during operation.
